Superb

When I first listened to this a while ago (And trust me, it was a LOOOOONG time ago) I didn't think much more than "This is decent" and downloaded it to my MP3

However, since I put all my songs onto my PSP, I came across this track in the list and listened again, and now it is seriously one of my favourite songs to come out of the better side of the audio portal.

It's like, now I see it symbolising a dark, eerie place, like an abandoned temple, where any number of monsters and ghouls could jump out at any moment. But the moment the chimes start, it's as if a light is blossoming from within the darkness, spreading a pieceful calm through the place, making it seem alright.

The way the chimes begin a while after the creepy low tones that start at the beginning turns what begins for a brief moment change a potentially dark, fear inducing hum into a much calmer piece, and for that, I applaud you.

Congratulations on an absolutely perfect piece.

Thanks! I think everyone has moments like this. We like different kinds of music at different points of our lives. There are some artists I know I'm just not going to understand until I get a little older. There are also some artists I know I probably won't listen to again, because I've put them behind me. It's funny how that works... Great review!

It was alright

I thought it seemed a little too techno... I can sense the ska influences, but that along with an almost random tune made it a little hard for me to listen to.

ragingmullet responds:

Almost random? LOL! I assure you it was not random at all. I can understand though, some people do not like complex sounding melodies. Thanks for the review!
